By applying you acknowledge our Terms & Conditions.
1) The Pasadena Armenian Festival reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole and absolute discretion.
2) Any false or misleading statements made in applications will result in denial of an application or revocation of approval
3) The Pasadena Armenian Festival will review all preliminary vendor participation applications and issue either a supplemental vendor participation application or an invoice for booth rentals.
4) Fees do not include City business license and health permit fees. See the City of Pasadena’s fee schedule for permits and licenses for special events here. Once your application is approved, someone from our team will reach out to you with more information about city requirements and forms.
5) There is a $100 participation fee. The fee includes the rental of one 10x10 canopy, one Xbyx table and one chair. You may request any additional items at the bottom of the application with their subsequent fees. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, someone from our team will reach out to you.
